Birdwatching at Smøla, Norway

An archipelago of over 5,000 islands, islets and skerries in the north of Møre og Romsdal, known for the world's densest breeding population of White-tailed Eagle with around 50 pairs. Around 270 bird species have been recorded in the municipality, and the Remman nature reserve north of the main island forms part of the Important Bird Area (IBA).
