The Penduline Tit's nest is a work of art: a closed, purse-shaped hanging structure woven from the seed down of reeds and willow leaves, suspended at the tip of a willow branch. The nest has a tubular entrance hole in the side. The clutch comprises 5–8 eggs. The male may begin building several nests and mate with several females.
