Birdwatching at Asköviken, Sweden

Asköviken nature reserve is a grazed shore meadow on the southern shore of Lake Mälaren in Västerås municipality. The open shore meadows are a haunt of Black-tailed Godwit, Ruff and Northern Shoveler during spring migration. Access to the land area is prohibited from 1 April to 15 July, and to parts of the water area from 1 April to 15 August.
