Birdwatching at Stigfjorden / Nordens Ark, Sweden

Stigfjorden in northern Bohuslän is one of the west coast's most species-rich archipelago fjords, located close to the Nordens Ark wildlife park at Åby manor. The clear water and the undisturbed shallow bays provide perfect conditions for Black-throated Loon, Common Eider and Black Guillemot. The White-tailed Eagle circles regularly over the fjord and is an increasingly common sight in the Bohuslän archipelago.
