Collared Flycatcher: Nest boxes

The Collared Flycatcher is a hole nester with essentially the same nest-box requirements as its close relative the European Pied Flycatcher, and the two species often compete for the same boxes where they occur together. Note that nest-box tips for the species are only relevant within its Swedish range — see the section on geographical limitation below.
