The Taiga Bean Goose has a deep, somewhat nasal call that is often two- or three-syllabled and can be rendered as "ang-ang-ank". The call is darker and less whining than the Greylag Goose's, and is often heard from resting and migrating flocks, especially at dawn and dusk when the birds move between their roost and the feeding fields.
