Birdwatching at Kosteröarna, Sweden

Kosteröarna is Sweden's only marine national park and offers outstanding birdwatching. Common Guillemot and Black Guillemot are seen on the cliff edges and Northern Gannet is seen passing offshore. Atlantic Puffin no longer breeds in Sweden (the species died out as a breeding bird in the 1970s) but is occasionally seen as a rare visitor from the sea.
