Värmlandsnäs is a peninsula in southern Lake Vänern with long shorelines and a rich birdlife. White-tailed Eagle can be seen regularly, and Whooper Swan stops over in large numbers during the spring migration. Eurasian Wigeon and Smew can be seen on the water, and Common Eider in winter.
