Eurasian Jay: Breeding

Breeding season: April–June, 1 brood per season. - Nest: a platform of twigs in a deciduous tree or spruce, 3–10 m up. Lined with rootlets and hair. - Eggs: 4–6, greenish-grey to olive-beige with fine speckled markings. Incubation 16–17 days by both parents. - Young: fed by both parents. Fledged after 19–23 days.
